If a batch of glass bottles arrives with a verifiable defect, we ship replacement bottles to you directly. You are not required to return the defective units. For cap and brush components, we ask for the defective items to be returned to our factory in Taiwan. Upon receipt, we dispatch new caps and brushes by return.
