Customized Nail Polish Bottles, Caps, and Brushes
Since 2004 GH Plastic Manufacturing has been commissioned by customers to produce glass bottles for nail polish, plastic caps for nail polish bottles, and special brushes to meet the different needs of nail oils.
Once the customer provided samples or drawings of nail polish bottle, cap or brush, we will provide quotation and mold costs within one week according to the samples or drawings.
The procedure of customization of glass bottle is below:
● Customer provides samples or drawings; we will give quotation and mold costs within one week
● Customer pays the mold fee; we will provide mold drawings for approval.
● After customer confirms the drawing, mold will be completed within 4 weeks.
● After new samples are approved and the customer pays for the order, mass production will be completed within 4 to 6 weeks.
The nail polish bottle we produce is made of soda lime glass, which conforms to the green environmental protection label, no environmental pollution, and the lead and cadmium content meets the US FDA standard. Glass bottles are recyclable.

GH Plastic Manufacturing can print customer’s logo on the glass bottles and caps by silkscreen as brand nail polish bottles for sale.Customers provide AI files and pay for the silkscreen stencil fee. After the aluminum stencil is made, the sample will be made within a week,and the photo or sample of the bottle and cap will be sent to the customer for approval.The mass production starts after receiving the payment.Goods will be shipped within 4 to 6 weeks.
