How Can I Fix Split or Bent Nail Polish Brush Bristles?
Occasionally, nail polish brush bristles may become bent or slightly split during transportation or storage. In most cases, this does not indicate a manufacturing defect and can be easily corrected.
To restore the brush shape:
Dip the brush into the nail polish or a suitable solvent.
Gently smooth and reshape the bristles with your fingers or a clean cloth.
Allow the brush to sit upright for a short period so the bristles can return to their original alignment.
For bent bristles caused by pressure during shipping, repeated use will usually help the brush regain its normal shape. To prevent deformation, store bottles upright and avoid placing heavy objects on top of the brushes or caps.
