Your Procurement Team Will Ask for These Documents. We Already Have Them Ready
When international buyers evaluate a new supplier, the first question is rarely about price. It's about documentation: *Can you send us your certifications? Do your materials meet FDA standards? What's your position on REACH? *For buyers sourcing nail polish packaging into the US, EU, or UK markets, a missing certificate at the wrong moment doesn't just delay a shipment; it kills a deal. GH Plastic was built so that answer is never "we'll get back to you on that."Full Compliance Stack: From Raw Material to Finished Product
GH Plastic manufactures nail polish glass bottles, plastic caps, and brushes from its facility in Hsinchu, Taiwan. Every material in the supply chain — Glass, PP resin, PE brush handle, DuPont nylon brush bristles — has been independently tested and certified. Here is what ships with every commercial inquiry:Clear Glass Bottle

Since SGS reports are updated annually, you should look for the most recent version (usually 2024 or 2025) which covers: ●RoHS 10 Items: Ensures it is free from Lead (Pb), Cadmium (Cd), Mercury (Hg), etc.●REACH SVHC: Confirms it doesn't contain substances of very high concern.●Food Contact: As this grade is often used for bags and packaging, it typically passes FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 and EU 10/2011.Brush bristles: DuPont TYNEX nylon
DuPont TYNEX filaments comply with FDA Regulation 21CFR177.1500 – Nylon Resins. These resins are approved for use in food contact applications. In addition, many of the colorants that we use comply with FDA Regulation 21CFR178.3297- Colorants for polymers. These Colorants are approved for use in materials for food contact. All colors that Dupont offers in the TYNEX filaments comply with the European standard, "Council of Europe Resolution AP (89)1"which insures non-toxic, no heavy metals and meets the standard 's limits on Colorant migration. This is not a partial compliance picture. It is the complete documentation package that North American and European procurement teams require; assembled in advance, not assembled under pressure after a purchase order is issued.Material Transparency: What's Actually in Your Caps
One of the most common sources of supplier friction in EU procurement is vague claims about recycled content. Buyers are asked to verify PCR percentages, trace contamination risk, and validate material pedigree, often with limited data from suppliers.GH Plastic's position is deliberate and clearly documented: Our plastic caps are not made from PCR (post-consumer recycled) material. The formulation is 99% virgin PP raw material and 1% in-house regrind — scrap from our own mold production runs, not collected from external waste streams.*"The scrap materials are in-house regrind. The scraps are essentially the same high-quality material that has only undergone one heating cycle and has not been contaminated by external sources."*This distinction matters in supplier audits. In-house regrind carries a traceable, single-cycle thermal history with zero external contamination risk. It is not blended with post-consumer waste. For buyers who need to make accurate claims about material composition on product declarations or sustainability reports, this is the kind of specificity that closes audits, not reopens them. The PP resin used in caps also complies with the DOW Europe GmbH Safety Data Sheet, establishing international chemical pedigree at the raw material level, not just at the finished product stage.Core Positioning
Clean Material. Responsible Manufacturing
GH Plastic does not position ESG compliance as a marketing narrative. It positions it as an operational requirement, one that eliminates friction at every stage of international procurement: sourcing approval, supplier audit, customs documentation, and ongoing regulatory reporting.Request Your Documentation Package
