Material Transparency Statement
Our polypropylene caps are manufactured using:
● 99% virgin PP raw material● 1% in-house regrind (closed-loop production scrap only)
The regrind material is sourced exclusively from internal production processes, with a traceable single-cycle thermal history and no external waste contamination. This controlled material loop allows for consistent mechanical performance while supporting sustainability reporting requirements. For procurement teams and regulatory auditors, this level of material transparency ensures clarity in product declarations, ESG reporting, and compliance verification.
