(1) We will issue a Proforma Invoice for you to confirm your order. (2) We will go ahead with production, once we received your payment or deposit. (3) If the trade term is Ex-works, we will ask you to pick up the goods at our factory, once the goods are ready for shipment. (4) If the trade term is CIF, we will use our shipping forwarder and advise you the vessel schedules. We pay all the local expenses and ocean freight to the destination port. You will pay all the expenses of custom clearance, duty/tax, all the documents fees, and the truck delivery fee to you place, after the boat arrived at port. (5) If the trade term is FOB Taiwan, we will contact your forwarder to get the S/O, and deliver the goods to the custom warehouse. We pay the local truck delivery fees, documents fees, and custom fees, etc. You will pay the ocean freight, and all the expenses after the boat arrived at your port.
