The Team Behind Every Bottle
The first shipment is easy. The challenge is maintaining the same quality on the second, tenth, and hundredth shipment. Small variations in bottle tolerances, brush quality, or cap fit can create costly problems for cosmetic brands. Many suppliers react after issues arise. We focus on preventing them before they reach the customer.
GH Plastic Manufacturing was built by people who spent a decade inside the industry before they ran their own factory. The failure modes were already mapped before the first mold was ever cut.
Nail Polish Bottle Manufacturing Expertise Since 2004
President Tony Tu and General Manager Winnie Hou worked in the glass bottle, plastic cap, and brush industry before establishing GH Plastic Manufacturing in 2004. Both founders brought ten years of direct industry experience into the company on day one.
This matters to a procurement manager evaluating a new supplier: the person on the other end of your RFQ already knows what SVHC compliance means for a PP cap, already knows why glass bottle neck tolerances affect brush-fit performance, and already knows what FDA 21 CFR 177.1520(c) 3.1a requires before you have to explain it.

Our team is structured around two priorities: quality and customer support. Three of our ten employees are dedicated to quality control, while five focus on sales and customer service, including three specialists serving international export accounts.
Because our organization is intentionally lean, international buyers receive direct access to experienced decision-makers rather than navigating multiple layers of communication. This allows us to respond quickly, resolve technical questions efficiently, and provide the level of support global customers expect from a long-term manufacturing partner.
