Gem Cap
The plastic caps with acrylic gems on the top make the nail polish glass bottles more brilliant. The customer can choose the gem color from the gem color chart that we provide. Please see the photos in the Gallery. GH Plastic Manufacturing particularly produce the plastic caps with a groove on the top. The acrylic gem can be embedded into the groove by tooling. Please refer to the video in FAQ category to show how we embed the acrylic gem on the top of plastic cap by tooling.
The size of acrylic gems must be fitted in the groove on the top of plastic cap precisely to make sure the gem won’t fall off.
We will embed the gem on the top of cap, and pack 500 pcs of gem caps in a polybag and 10 polybags in a carton before shipment.
The AB1 acrylic gem is newest developed. The AB1 gems can reflect the shine of sunlight. The plastic cap with AB1 gem looks very brilliant on the top of a small glass nail polish bottle.
The customers can choose the short cap (GH07) or tall cap (GH04) to match their square or round glass nail polish bottles. Please refer to the photos of glass nail polish bottles with gem caps on the top. The plastic caps with gem on the top are for 13/415 glass bottles only.
